Why You Should Follow Up on Job Interviews

One of my clients applied for a job as an Assistant Principal at an exclusive school. She waited a week and a half before following up with the school principal. She got bad news. The job went to another candidate. Then the principal asked if my client would consider taking a teaching position. My client loves teaching and wants to be at this school. She was very happy to hear about the position and was happier to hear that she can almost make as much money if she works in an after school program.

This examples shows how important it is to follow up after interviews.
